The Lithuanian incumbent Teo saw its smart (IPTV) subscriber total in the third quarter reach 123,900.
This was 7,500 up on three months earlier and the fastest growth in two years.
Moreover, the total was 20% higher than 12 months earlier.
Meanwhile, Teo’s TV customer total – the company also provides DTT services – stood at 181,283 as of the end of Q3, or 6% more than a year earlier.
Its fibre internet customer total also grew strongly in the year, up by 11.5% to 198,800, while the number of Teo wi fi users almost doubled to 126,000.
Teo’s revenues in the first nine months of this year amounted to LTL513,945 (€148,215), down by 5.1% on the same period last year.
EBITDA stood at LTL204,396 (-10.2%) and net profit LTL99,373 (-15.9%).
Teo invested LTL62 million in the first nine months of this year, with the majority (LTL56 million) being allocated to further expansion of its core network and development of the next-generation fibre-optic access network.
