CET 21, the operator of the Czech national commercial broadcaster TV Nova, has posted a net loss of $73,039,000 (€53,125,100) for the first nine months of this year.
This was compared to a net loss of $5,582,000 in the same period last year.
Its net revenues meanwhile fell from $226,212,000 to $160,843,000 over the same period.
TV Nova is part of the CME group and CET 21’s results reflect the disappointing financial performance of the group as a whole in recent months.
CME has broadcast interests in six Central and East European markets including the Czech Republic.
