Poland completed its transition to digital broadcasting on Tuesday, July 23.
It followed the switch off of its last analogue transmitters, which were serving over 2 million people.
Viewers in Poland are now offered a total of 19 DTT channels distributed by three multiplexes, though the number will rise by four by April 2014 following the recent award of licences to (amongst others) TVP and TV Trwam.
