Telekom Slovenije has won a commercial dispute with the alternative telco T-2.
This follows the Ljubljana District Court’s rejection of a claim T-2 for damages of €129,556,756 plus default interest for the period between January 16, 2007 and the date of the payment.
The Court also ruled that the plaintiff should pay Telekom Slovenije damages of €27,192.22 within 15 days, plus default interest afterwards if the obligation is not fulfilled.
The dispute between the two companies started in 2007 when T-2 accused the incumbent of abusing its dominant market position by not allowing it to launch VDSL broadband internet services.
