Ginx TV has signed its first distribution agreement in Poland with Toya in Lodz, who will launch Ginx’s 24/7 video-gaming channel to its digital basic subscribers, starting from December 3, 2012.

E?TV Networks said it has appointed Hocus Pocus as its distribution represenative in Portugal for the educational channel English Club TV to CATV networks, IPTV and digital platforms in Portugal.

Female skewed channel TLC from Discovery will turn into a 24/7 channel in the Netherlands from January 8, 2013. At the mment, TLC shares capacity with Animal Planet. The animal-themed channel will continue to be available as a separate digiyal channel under the name Animal Planet 24.
