UPC Polska has created a sales and customer service division in response to the increasingly competitive nature of the media and telecom market in Poland.
It is headed by Jaroslaw Pijanowski, formerly the company’s director of marketing and sales, with Miroslawa Kawala, until now the director of telecom services, assuming the newly created role of director of client relations.
Kawala will be responsible for building customer satisfaction at all stages of their relationship with the UPC brand.
As part of the restructuring, UPC Polska has also appointed Christopher Biedermann as its finance director and Grzegorz Esz its marketing director.
UPC Polska is the leading cable operator in Poland, claiming close to 1.5 million subscribers.
