The international ANGA Cable Show is to rebrand as ANGA COM. The organization is positioning itself as the Exhibition and Congress for Broadband, Cable & Satellite.
As part of the revamp, the third day of the congress will be a ‘Connected Home Special’, organized in association with BITKOM, the voice of the information technology, telecommunications and new media industry in Germany. BITKOM represents more than 1,700 companies including the majority of Germany’s global players of the ICT business.
Dr Peter Charissé, managing director, ANGA: “Over the last few years, our event has developed into Europe’s leading business platform for broadband and content providers. In a focused manner we bring together network operators, vendors and broadcasters like no other event.”
Registration for attending the congress and visiting the exhibition will be available as of January 2013 via the new website www.angacom.de. Stand booking is already open.
This year’s ANGA Cable event attracted 440 exhibitors and 16,000 business visitors, 50% of them international.
