Bosnian telco to sell shares

Telekom Srpske (m:tel) will put 3 million of its shares up for sale on the Banja Luka stock exchange on September 14.

According to Balkans.com and bne, the shares will be offered at a starting price of €0.92 each, though it is at this stage unclear as to who is selling them.

Telekom Srpske is one of three national telcos in Bosnia & Herzegovina and currently lists Serbia’s Telekom Srbija as its majority (65%) owner, with the remaining 35%, headed by the Fund for Pension and Disability (10%), being owned by smaller shareholders.

A similar auction was due to be held last month but no details of its outcome were released.
