All change for TvNetWork

The Hungarian cable operator TvNetWork has been bought out by its four largest shareholders.

According to Budapest Business Journal, this follows a buyout offer made by Digi Kft on June 29 at a price of HUF300 (€1.08) a share.

Following the sale, the four shareholders – Digi Távközlési, Netherlands-based Carose and the Cyprus-register Trumbull Capital Advisors and Sjor Capital Limited – now own 99.61% of shares in TvNetWork, having previously held 85%.
