Unitymedia KabelBW has promoted Katrin Köster to director of external and corporate communications.
Köster has been working for Unitymedia since 2007 as spokesperson for the Cologne based cable operator.
In this role, she led the communications activities including the sale to Liberty Global, which was completed in early 2010.
Late last year Liberty Global acquired Kabel BW, which has now merged with Unitymedia into the combined Unitymedia KabelBW.
The role of Köster box includes all external corporate communications and corporate responsibility.
She will report to André Schloemer, VP of brand management and corporate communication, and lead a team of four people in Cologne and Heidelberg.
