Windmill has been designed to support all delivery systems across including cable, satellite, DTT, IPTV, OTT, Cloud-based and hybrid systems. It also includes support for Android, HTML5, Java and HbbTV.
According to Alticast, Windmill was designed with revenue and increased ARPU as a core principle and provides a future proof foundation for growth as it supports all major aforementioned industry platforms – allowing leverage of popular content, services and applications from TV, web and mobile.
Alticast will also demonstrate a range of cutting-edge technologies including Hybrid, OTT and HbbTV solutions.
