Discovery inks Turkish 3D deal

Discovery Networks CEEMEA has announced a 3D deal with the Turkish digital and pay-TV Digiturk.

Under it, the latter will offer subscribers Discovery programming in the format on its new 3D channel from tomorrow (May 1).

The 3D deal is the first of its kind in Europe for Discovery outside the UK and builds on its presence in Turkey, where Digiturk, Teledunya and DSmart carry its channels.

Discovery’s VOD service has also now become available to Digiturk subscribers.
