Russia’s VimpelCom has extended its IPTV service Beeline TV to the city of Cherepovets.
According to the company, the latter’s basic package, offering 100 of the most popular Russian and foreign channels, including those in HD, and costing R290 (€7.47) a month, is now available to 95% of households in the city.
By subscribing to Beeline TV customers also have access to a number of thematic packages, with its entire offer consisting of over 190 channels, 23 of which are in HD, and an on demand service including over 3,000 titles.
Beeline TV is growing in popularity in the North West of Russia, where Cherepovets is located, and is already received by up to 50% of VimpelCom’s internet customers.
