The Ukrainian DTT multiplex operator Zeonbud will add pay-TV channels to its offer from 2015 onwards.
Mediasat reports that from then it will consist of only 32 free channels, with 20 or more being paid for by viewers.
Although the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting has criticised Zeonbud for not consulting with it on its plans, it also concedes that many channels that are currently available to the operator now will not be in a few years time.
Zeonbud also says it plans to invest $134 million (€101.9 million) on building up its network over the next 5-6 years.
