US-based video search engine Blinkx has announced it will acquire the online advertising services and technology business Burst Media Corporation in a deal valued at $30 million (€20 million).
The combination of the two companies will bring Nlinkx’s 35 million hours of online video and TV to Burst’s audience of over 130 million unique users.
