Kino Polska TV has announced that individual investors’ share allocation in the company’s first public offer will be reduced by around 91%.
Late last month Kino Polska TV priced its IPO at PLN9.50 (€2.36) per share, valuing its entire share sale at PLN38 million.
Kino Polska TV will now offer 1 million new shares for the Small Investors Trache (TMI) and 3 million new shares for the large Investors Tranche (TDI).
In total, new investors will now get around 28% of the company after the IPO.
Kino Polska TV owns a movie channel of the same name and also produces stations of the FilmBox Group in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.
Its interests in addition include a majority stake in the film portal Stopklatka.pl.
