More DTH for Russia
A new DTH platform has made its debut in Russia. Known as Scene, it is employing two transponders at 36 degrees East to offer a service that complements those already provided by NTV-Plus and Tricolor TV, both of which are backed by Gazprom-Media.
ADB expands Carbo footprint
ADB says that its convergence strategy is paying off with nine customers now opting for the technology provider’s Carbo interface. The cable division remains the group’s largest business segment, contributing 35% of 2010′s $356.6 million revenue.
Mixed fortunes for CME
