SFR sets launch date for DTH service
French triple play operator SFR has now officially announced the launch of its DTH service for people who can not be connected to their IPTV service. Delivery of the new service will begin in the first weeks of February, 2010.
ORF-Thek available on iPad and iPhone
ORF-Thek, the catch-up TV and VOD portal from the Austrian public broadcaster, will launch on Friday, December 17 on the iPad and iPhone. During next year the service will also be made available on other types of smart phones.

CTC Media launches social TV network
Russia’s CTC Media has announced the launch of a new social television network. Named Videomore, it is an interactive video platform that will provide access to content from the broadcaster’s three channels – CTC, Domashny and DTV – free of charge.
