Quoted in Wirtualne Media, TV Puls president Dariusz Dabski said the channel, whose working title is TV Puls 2, would be aimed at children and young people.
He also said that the channel could be operated with a partner supplying it with content, although at this stage it is not in negotiations with any potential investors.
