The German cable operator Kabel BW plans to expand its pay-TV service in a few weeks time, introducing what will be one the largest such offers in the country.
Known as ‘Mein TV (‘My TV’), it will consist of 40 German-language channels, grouped into affordable thematic packages.
Kabel BW also plans to increase the number of HD channels it distributes to 30 by the end of the year.
Kabel BW is a triple play company and currently has 2.3 million subscribers in the state of Baden-Württemberg. Its offer includes 400 analogue and digital TV channels, along with internet access at speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
