Portuguese IPTV platform MEO has launched its MEO Séries VOD service, which will offer TV series from Warner and HBO. The announcement comes following the recent introduction of the MEO App store (see our report here).
MEO subscribers will have access to content from the Warner studios, which includes series such as Friends, Two and a Half Men, ER, Smallville, Supernatural, One Tree Hill, The O.C., Nip/Tuck and Gilmore Girls. This new subscription service will be available on a trial basis at no extra cost to all clients during July.
The new MEO Séries service will also feature HBO original series, according to the IPTV provider, which recently announced it now reaches 700,000 customers.
