The German headend-in-the-sky service from Eutelsat Kabelkiosk has announced it has added the three HD channels from the ProSiebenSat.1 group on its platform. The distribution follows an agreement with the broadcaster.

EC tells laggard members to update media rules
The European Commission has requested 12 member states (Austria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, and Slovenia) to update their broadcasting rules as a matter of urgency in order to comply with their obligations under the Audiovisual Media Service (AVMS) Directive.
Football rights back in Sogecable net
Spanish pay-TV operator Sogecable will have complete access to the country’s top flight football after a Madrid court told rights agency Mediapro to hand back the broadcast rights to first and second divisions.

Kabel BW to market Sky triple play bundles
German cable operator Kabel BW and Sky Deutschland have agreed to a close marketing cooperation which will see the cabler combining its CleverKabel broadband and telephony offers with Sky subscriptions including the Bundeliga packages. The joint marketing effort will launch in July.
