Dutch incumbent telecoms operator KPN has added the catch-up TV service RTL Gemist to its IPTV service Interactieve TV.
Customers who subscribe to the extended tier for €10.00 a month have access to the service, which offers programmes from RTL4, RTL5, RTL7 and RTL8 broadcast up to ten days ago. Viewers already have access to the catch-up service from the three SBS channels, SBS6, Net5 and Veronica.
The catch-up TV service from the Dutch public broadcasters, Uitzending Gemist, is part of the basic IPTV tier, which also costs €10.00 a month. KPN now offers the catch-up services from all three major Dutch broadcasting groups.
In April, KPN Ineractieve TV also added the four HD simulcasts of the Dutch RTL channels (see Broadband TV News passim).
