Cable Europe Labs has announced that it has granted EuroDOCSIS 3.0 & 2.0 certification status to AVM, Cisco, D-Link, Sagem, Ubee, Pace and Echostar as result of the first two rounds of product certifications in Europe this year.
“All products reached the specifications for European cable technologies and are ready to hit the market. Every new product that we certify plays a role in pushing the speed envelope for European broadband,” said Cable Europe Labs’ MD, Malcolm Taylor, in a statement. “And, of course, faster downloading for consumers helps efficiency in a time where every bit counts.”
