Extreme Sports Channel has announced a global refresh of its service, starting from next Monday (May 3), that will include a dynamic new 3D animated on-air look and an expanded programming line-up.
The latter will include new factual entertainment shows, as well as newer sports such as pro-bull riding and mixed martial arts.
A new deal with Target Entertainment group has secured a number of tiles for Extreme including The Dudesons (for dedicated feeds in the UK, France and Poland); series two of Jack Osbourne: No Limits, for Poland and France; and Man’s Work, to be broadcast on Extreme’s EMEA-wide feed.
The deal was brokered by Tim MacMullen, general manager for Extreme Sports Channel, and Cecilie Olsen, sales manager for Target Entertainment Group.
