Eutelsat appoints Lisa Sanders Finas

Eutelsat Communications has appointed Lisa Sanders Finas as the Group’s director of investor relations, responsible for communication with the investment community, including financial analysts, institutional investors and retail shareholders. Lisa will report to Catherine Guillouard, Eutelsat’s chief financial officer. She is taking over investor relations activity from Gilles Janvier, who is assuming new responsibilities in the Group’s department for legal affairs.

Commenting on the new appointment, Michel de Rosen said: “I thank Gilles for his commitment to building a successful investor relations programme for Eutelsat Communications since the Group was listed on Paris Euronext in December 2005. Lisa’s track record in high-technology companies and her experience in France and internationally will further enhance and expand our reach in the investment community as we continue to demonstrate the importance of this activity for our Group.”

Prior to joining Eutelsat, Lisa Sanders Finas was director of investor relations at Wavecom, a French high technology company. Previously, she worked for BIC.
