Russia’s Comstar-UTS has acquired 100% of Tenzor Telecom, a company operating in Yaroslav in the central part of the country, for R220 million (€4.64 million).
Tenzor Telecom is the leading alternative telco and second largest ISP in Yaroslav, which has a population of 600,000. It currently has over 23,000 subscribers, of who around 22,000 are residential.
Comstar-UTS plans to develop Tenzor’s activities, which will include cable TV services.
