The Polish DTH platform Cyfra+ has extended a special Christmas promotion for its digital TV subscribers to the end of this month.
Under it, they can receive all programme packages for a 50% discount and have free access to the premium channels Canal+ and HBO, Filmbox, HD channels and multiroom. They are also being offered 23-inch LG HD sets and Sagem SD decoders for a nominal PLN1 (€0.24) and the chance to buy HD PVRs with a 500GB hard disk for half price.
The offer is open to subscribers who have signed long-term premium channel package contracts of 13, 18 and 24 months, with discounts dependent on the length of those contracts.
The Cyfra+ promotion is being advertised online and the TV channels TVP1, TVN, Polsat and TVP Info.
