Livestation has announced that CNN International is now available in Europe, Middle East and Africa as part of their premium service.
Livestation offers access to international news and special interest channels. CNN International is the latest channel to join the platform and is one of the first channels to be offered on a monthly subscription basis.
Matteo Berlucchi, CEO of Livestation, said in a statement: “CNN International brings to Livestation a very important and different perspective on news which dramatically enriches our offering. ‘Multiple perspectives’ is our flag and I feel that with CNN International we have now completed our inner core of ‘views on news’.
“Livestation offers access to channels via web and desktop, and is developing premium services across a range of devices: offering TV quality over PC and iPhone with gaming consoles, Blackberry, and Android in the near future”.
Chris Press, head of business development at CNN International, commented: “We are excited to add CNN International to the Livestation service as a premium channel. It fits in perfectly with our strategy of making CNN International’s services available on multiple platforms”.
