Estonia’s leading cable operator Starman has enhanced its HD offer by the addition of the public channel ETV HD.
It is now, along with Nat Geo HD, Eurosport HD, History HD, Rush HD and Arte, available to all its subscribers in Tallinn and 20 other locations throughout the country.
Starman’s HD package is offered in Digital Stereo 5.1 sound and costs EEK99 (€6.33) a month to receive. However, it is being offered free of charge for six months if bought as part of a triple play package that includes internet access at speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
Starman, which also operates the Estonian DTT platform ZUUMtv, plans to add a further HD channel – Eurosport2 HD – in the new year.
