Former Virgin Media CFO Jerry Elliot has resurfaced at The Weather Channel in Atlanta, taking on the role of chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. Elliot stepped down from the cablenet in May after just five months in post, citing “family health reasons”. He was subsequently replaced by Tesco finance director Eamonn O’Hare.
Prior to Virgin, Elliot had been CFO and COO of electronic education company Cengage Learning, and president of Global Signal ahead of its sale to Crown Castle. He is also a past Adjunct Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
