The German cable operator Telecolumbus has relieved Michael Buhl, Michael Dorn, and Dietmar Schickel of their duties at the company. They will now concentrate on the directorship of the subsidiary PrimaCom.
Orion Cable GmbH, the sole owner of Telecolumbus, has appointed Scott Lanphere and Robert E. Fowler as MDs of Telecolumbus. Andrew MacCallum will remain as MD and CFO.
Both PrimaCom and Telecombus are part of Orion Cable, which in turn is owned by the Luxembourg based investment group Escaline.
