Kudelski closes OpenTV tender

The Kudelski Group has announced the closure of its subsequent offer period on its tender for OpenTV.
The offer period closed at midnight in New York on November 27 with approximately 77,677,149 OpenTV Class A shares tendered, representing some 83% of the OpenTV Class A shares not owned by Kudelski or its subsidiaries.
Once the tendered shares have been acquired, Kudelski will hold approximately 96% of the voting rights in OpenTV.
