The Czech cable operators Elsat, BKS Capital Partners, Self Servis and Kabelova Televize Koprivnice have deployed Arris’s DOCSIS 3.0 CMTS solution.
The move has been undertaken in co-operation with Lica, Arris’s value-added reseller, which is based in the Czech town of Nymburk.
According to Arris, around 1.2 million homes passed by cable in the Czech Republic are currently served by Elsat, BKS, Self Servis and the market leader UPC Czech Republic.
