Fox International Channels (FIC) has announced that is has established Fox Channels Benelux with a local office in Amsterdam. The new entity will represent the various channels from National Geographic Channel (including National Geographic HD and Nat Geo Wild), as well as Foxlife in the Benelux countries.
The current National Geographic Channel organisation in The Netherlands will be incorporated in the new entity.
Just recently, Foxlife was launched on multiple platform in the Benelux, on the networks of UPC, Ziggo, Caiway and Telenet.
Fox International Channels was established in 1993 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of News Corp. National Geographic Channels International is a joint venture between National Geographic Television (NGT) and Fox Entertainment Group.
