Deutsche Telekom’s IPTV service T-Entertain has now reached 885,000 customers in Germany and according to the incumbent is well “on its way to one million homes.” In the CEE region, Deutsche Telekom now has 339,000 IPTV customers.
The total Europe-wide customer base for the operator’s IPTV services now stands at 1,220,000. (More details on the CEE figures in yesterday’s Broadband TV News.)
In Germany, the operator is beefing up its television service with special Liga Total (German football) package and new programme manager software, with which people can manage their viewing better.
