The Canal+ Group announced it has signed an exclusive partnership with the online web TV portal AlloCiné to make the contents of the CanalPlay VOD site available on its website.
The CanalPlay VOD service currently boosts a choice of 7,000 titles of which 3,500 are recent movies, many of them exclusive to their site. There are 900,000 visitors a day. The CanalPlay offer will be available via a special tab on the AlloCiné homepage.
The AlloCiné website claims to be the main information site in France about film and stars with details of over 75,000 movies, 275,000 biographies of movie starts and 25,000 movie posters and pictures.
