Poland’s Ministry of Infrastructure has published a new digitalisation plan that differs in some important respects, especially pertaining to the public broadcaster TVP, from the original version.
Wirtualne Media points out that these include the allocation of a third multiplex to TVP and a final ASO date no later than July 31, 2013. It also calls for the launch of a national information/education campaign on digital broadcasting.
The plans for the make up of the first and second DTT multiplexes (existing analogue public and private channels and new channels respectively) remain the same as in the original digitalisation document.
