Russia’s Comstar-UTS says it now has over 60,000 cable TV and 5,000 subscribers in the Siberian city of Novokuznetsk.
Comstar has been present in the city for seven and now provides services to around one in four of its population.
As previously reported in Broadband TV News, it is currently in the process of restructuring its regional operations, which are now overseen by a wholly owned subsidiary named Comstar-Region.
