HCA/HCTA Cable Conference – Tihany. SPI International plans to have a package of HD channels available and to upgrade its entire offer to premium in the CEE region next year.
Speaking exclusively to Broadband TV News, Ivan Hronec, general manager SPI International CE, said the HD channels Film Box Action HD, Film Box Classic HD, Fight Box HD, Fashion Box HD, Erox and Eroxxx are currently under development.
They will join Film Box HD, which is already available in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
He added that the SD channel Film Box Family, which is currently offered in Poland, will also make its debut in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary very soon.
SPI also offers the SD channels Film Box (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland) and Film Box Extra (Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary), in addition to a VOD library with close to 500 titles.
