New kids channel for Baltics

The leading Latvian cable operator Baltkom will add the first kids channel produced in the Baltic Republics to its offer on October 10.

The channel, which is known as Multimania, will replace Jetix and be wholly localised. Multimania was launched in Russia, and currently available in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

It is aimed at children aged 3-14, with the Baltic Republic version also being localised into Estonian and Lithuanian.
