Cambridge-based ANT recorded increased revenues, but continuing losses in the first half of 2009.
The company grew its revenues by 26% to £2 million (€2.28 million) after securing new business, including a ‘landmark deal’ with the Arab Media Corporation, which took it into the satellite sector for the first time.
Another 100,000 units took total shipments to 1.5 million units. CEO Simon Woodward said the addition of a tier one satellite operator demonstrated growing interest in the company’s Galio products from mainstream TV operators.
Losses reduced by 11% to £900,000 and the company declined to offer a dividend.
