BT Vision ended June on 433,000 homes, just 10,000 more than at the end of the previous quarter.
Publishing its financial results for the period ending June 30, 2009, the company said it had added 38,000 customers on the quarter, but the numbers had been adjusted to account for inactive customers.
It is a new low for the IPTV platform, which added 25,000 in the quarter to March 31, 2009.
On a positive note, BT Vision has agreed to carry ESPN, when the Disney-owned sports channel launches its new UK-skewed channel on August 3.
