The leading Latvian cable operator Baltkom has said it has no intention of withdrawing Viasat’s TV3 from its offer.
However, disagreements over the channel’s carriage on Baltkom – and indeed on other Latvian cable networks, remain unresolved.
Baltkom believes TV3 should pay for the cost of carriage on its network due to the wide coverage it secures.
