Czech IPTV eyes new generation services

The Czech IPTV operator Netbox has begun trialling access speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
According to Digizone, its owner Smart Comp is preparing for the launch of such new generation services as Ultra HDTV and 3D broadcasting.
It already offers internet access at upload and download speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
Netbox is currently active in seven Czech cities including the capital, Prague.
