Ukraine’s Inter Media Group has acquired a 40% stake in the TV station NTN for an undisclosed fee.
According to Kyiv Post, this has effectively raised its stake in NTN, which was founded in November 2004 and currently covers 88.3% of Ukraine, to 100%.
Inter Media Group was itself founded in 2005 and holds a 61% stake in Inter TV, Ukraine’s leading commercial TV station.
It also has a number of other TV interests including 90% stakes in both Kino TV and Music TV.
