The Polish incumbent telco TPSA has made it TV services available to the telephony customers of other companies.
According to Rzeczpospolita, this has been made possible by resolving some IT rather than major technical issues and makes the services potentially available to an additional 800,000 -1 million subscribers.
Rzeczpospolita estimates the current number of TPSA subscribers as around 250,000 (though this includes DTH, as well as IPTV), while its nearest IPTV competitor Telefonia Dialog has under 10,000.
