Poland’s second largest cable operator Vectra intends to become the sole owner of the Warsaw-based triple play provider Spray.
According to PB, it is exercising its right to buy the remaining shares in Spray, having acquired a 44.12% in the company in January this year.
Spray was integrated into Vectra’s structure this March. It claims 55,000 subscribers in the Polish capital and has an offer that includes digital TV and HD channels.
