Virgin makes $650m credit offer

Virgin Media has announced an offering of $650 million (€469 million) Senior Notes in a move that will let the cablenet pay off debt due over the next two years.

The ‘A’ and ‘B’ loans fall under Virgin’s senior credit facilities.

It follows agreements made last November by the NASDAQ-listed operator to delay payments on its £4.3 billion debt.
