As of today (May 6), SET will reach the entire sub-Saharan African region when it becomes available on both DStv’s Premium and Compact bouquet, bringing the total number of subscribers on the continent to 2 million.
SET has been available in South Africa since November 2007. SPT’s ANIMAX is also offered in the country, while AXN is available in Portuguese-speaking Africa.
